On a warm July afternoon, I needed help to see. Heart breaking news swirled around my mind, haunting. Grasping to regain focus I poured out my concerns to my life coach. She challenged me to bless myself.
What would I say if I looked myself in the mirror? What would be three blessings I would give myself?
